I have always wondered how car manufactures name their cars. I wonder what inspires them. Do they name them by how they look or what they can do? It is interesting that the New and Used Volkswagen cars all are named after animals and insects, for the most part. I think that it gives a company character to give them funny names like Rabbit and Beetle. I assume that those were named after how the car looks. You can not ever take yourself to seriously. I think that a lot of their cars are sold in great numbers because people like the names of their cars.
