Punching Bag Therapy

One of the greatest stress relievers ever invented is the good old punching bag. There is just something about punching an object that can’t punch you back that is invigorating. I am a martial artist and a therapist. I like to exercise by going to my Dojo and sparring with other practicing martial artists but some of my patients just don’t have that luxury. Maybe they don’t have the time or maybe they don’t have the money, maybe they just like to give me a ton of excuses, I don’t really care.

You can punch a punching bag all day to let out your anger and you will feel much better afterwards. I use punching bags in therapy sessions all the time.
