Consciously check that your muscles are releasing the tension they have been holding; notice the temperature and the comfort level of each part of your body. Monitor your body for signs of pain, pleasure, hunger, thirst, tiredness, etc. Continue to breathe deeply into your belly and enjoy how relaxed you can become.
