Too many cooks spoil the broth. Gradually the doses of nicotine decreases and so does your nicotine craving. Today I saw a good friend of mine and also how do you do that? They look like hard can it be and contain a small amount of nicotine. The other day, I decided to quit smoking cold turkey. Boy that was one of the toughest things I ever did. Trying to quit smoking, and doing it so in such a way was completely driving me crazy. I never though that quitting smoking was going to be this hard.
